We collect only the information you choose to send us — usually your name, email and project details — and use it solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Project files are stored with reputable providers in the EU and US and deleted on request.

This site uses a small number of functional cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising trackers are used.

All content on this site, including case studies, imagery and copy, is the property of Primary or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. Client work is shown with permission.

Project terms, payment schedules and intellectual property transfer are set out in each engagement letter.
